Justice is done

At first I'll make it clear that I'm not a PT. I already voted for MDB, PMDB, PDT, PSDB, PQP ...
A plethora of captions. But what I want to talk about is the condemnation of former President Luiz Inácio da Silva-Lula many speak and few say. One of the main and most vulgar is the one made by the President of the coup that says: "Let's face it if it were politically defeated, it is better than being defeated (in justice) because it was" victimized ".
First: No one is defeated by justice but rather done justice by following the current rules that are: The constitution, civil and criminal codes. I believe that in this particular case there was no, because the main element in any proceeding for the conviction was missing: material evidence.
Second: Believing the word of informers who want to reduce their sentences at all costs is a recklessness. From what I know, giving is not proof, but a means of attaining it.
Third: Judging by convictions is worse, I quote here the writer Joseph Conrad, author of the novel Vitoria, which talks about, "our convictions are nothing but servants of our passions." Yes. These convictions are full of passions and hatred for the defendant.
Fourth: Your honorable Judge in a serious country would never have tried you for obvious reasons: You are from the opposite party.
Therefore, I can say that the former president was a victim of Brazilian justice, which has remained the same for centuries. See part of Luis Gamma's poem that says: "I do not tolerate the magistrate, who of careless brio, sells the law, betrays justice, -does all injustice- With rigor depresses the poor shelter the rich, the noble, and only finds a horrendous crime on the beggar who depresses. "This happens daily.
As for the coup there is full evidence in the press.
All you have to do is copy and paste leaked audio text that I transcribe without adding a comma to the entire plot of this macabre story that has happened here in the banana republic.
See:
It's not fiction. Pay attention: Audio dialogs are bold.
Machado (He is "stuck" in his mansion on the beach with all the perks).
-Rapaz, the easiest solution was to get Michel (fear).
Jucá- (today is minister) one of his lawsuits has been prescribed.
-Only Renan (Calheiro) who is against this damn thing.
Ax-It's a deal. Flip Michel. In a major national agreement. My gosh.
Fact: The impeachment of President Dilma passed in the chamber presided over by Cunha (today she is in jail). He passed the senate presided over by Renan Calheiro (he is responsible for various crimes and continues to be president of the Senate, in fact, he paid tribute to the supreme).

Jucá- "With the supreme, with everything.
He approved of the impeachment even with all evidence of a coup.
Axe- -With all. It stopped there. They tried to change laws of giving. Jucá- IT IS. It bounded where it is. Ready.  Fear president caught in excuse talk where he ends the dialogue like this: -IT IS. We have to keep this up, see?
And other absurd scenes like deputy running with suitcase full of money. Senator asking for money. Apartment full of money. Chief who comes to public say this sentence: "A suitcase is not proof of anything!" -As well! As well! Pqp!
What justice is this that takes power from a president who has had an absolute majority in the polls without evidence on pedals, condemns a former president without concrete evidence, one of the best that the country has ever had and condemns by convictions, does not fit with a serious republic nor this so ill-famed and spoken democracy. I say here that democracy is still the best system of government. It just needs some improvement. I see there a dictatorship of the judiciary, where the law prescribes the rich, the perks, the poor the grid. In a true democracy the maximum law is its constitution and in it says: Art. 5º All are equal before the law, without distinction of any nature ...

There's only one way to do it justice now.
Follow the President's thinking (the coup) and do not let Lula be "victimized".
Let Lula be a candidate and there we will have a democratic election and the will of the sovereign people, and whatever the result, accept, without blow, without cheating.

As the saying goes: "The voice of the people is the voice of God."
